Shipping and Returns Policy


Your shipment date is determined by the type and size of the artwork ordered. Our turn-around is often faster but please be patient during our busy times - you will receive a tracking number by email within the timeframes below. All artwork leaves us in perfect condition, wrapped with the utmost of care.



  • Greeting Cards and Calendars ship within 1-3 business days.
  • Unframed prints ship within 7-10 business days using Australia Post.
  • Framed prints ship within 2-3 weeks direct from our framer to you.

Standard shipping is FREE Australia wide on all orders.


NZ, UK, Europe, USA, Canada:

  • Greeting Cards and Calendars ship within 1-3 business days.
  • Unframed prints ship within 7-10 business days using Australia Post.

Please refer to VAT and Duty Tax below. Flat rate Standard and Express shipping options are available from $10 upon checkout. At this time, framed prints are only available for shipping within Australia, please ensure you select “no frame” when adding prints to cart. If you experience difficulty on checkout due to your location not being accepted, please get in touch here.



For purchases outside of Australia you may be required to pay duty tax on your order. VAT is equivalent to approximately 20% of the purchase price and sometimes a customs fee will also apply. Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods. Failure to collect your parcel due to not wanting to pay these fees or the parcel being returned to us due to incorrect address information or non collection from Depot will result in a return of your original order amount less fees to cover the costs for processing + inbound and outbound freight costs. Customs duties & Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer - if you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees, your order will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded by Megan E Fine Art.



Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind. Please ensure to review your orders carefully before confirming at checkout and get in touch here if you would like help before finalising your purchase.

All artwork is handled with the utmost of care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely event that artwork is damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging prior to opening, and then photograph the damaged art inside. Send images with your order number by email to and we will replace your order.

If you, or your framer, damage your print we ask you to please be honest. We will need to speak with the framer who unpacked the print and then ask that the damaged print be destroyed. While we can not replace the print you damaged for free, we will do our very best to replace it at a lower price.
